OFFSET WASH
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- OFFSET WASH is a general-purpose, medium drying, water miscible blanket and roller wash.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Forms an efficient emulsion when mixed with water to enable
single step cleaning of gum, lint, fluff and other water-soluble
glaze build-up. - Contains solvents which break down deposits of varnish,
resin and pigment from the ink and hold them in suspension.
Ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the rubber
surface. - Dries completely without leaving a greasy residue.
DIRECTION FOR USE
- Blankets-Apply the concentrate solution with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residue with a clean damp
cloth or sponge. Finish with water application and wipe dry. - Inking & Dampening Rollers-Apply concentrate wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film. Fix the gutter blades and apply OFFSET WASH pre-mixed with 40% – 50% water from a separate squeeze bottle. Cleans ink as well as watersolublecomponents in a single application. Use of a separat

- Suitable for universal application; washes rubber rollers, blankets, dampers and metal surfaces.
- Corrosion inhibited; conforms to warranty requirements.
- Plate-safe; completely safe for use with unbaked analogue and digital plates.
- DE aromatized; minimized possibility of skin and eye irritation; low odour; optimum roller and blanket life.
- Flash point of>40°C; low hazard rating; improved safety in use and storage.

COMBI WASH DP is a dual – purpose roller and blanket wash-up solution for UV curing and/or Paste inks.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Excellent ink solvency; for enhanced productivity.
- High flash point (>62°C); conforms to All I standards.
- Suitable for both manual and automatic wash-up; ease of use.
- Water emulsifiable and washable; for single step cleaning.
- Recommended as general cleaner for UV inks, varnishes and oil
