PLATE NEAT GP
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- PLATE NEAT GP is a premium, general-purpose, emulsion plate cleaner and conditioner suitable for CTP and Analog plates.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Rapidly removes scum / ink from the plates. Cleans both, image and non-image areas.
- Good ink solvency for fast ink removal and cleaning of even dried ink.
- Stable emulsion enables minimum wastage when used directly from a squeeze bottle.
- Sufficiently thick and viscous to be used on localized application without spreading or running down the plate cylinder.
- Does not attack image areas during the cleaning process when properly buffed down.
- Desensitizes the cleaned non-image area and prevents further scum.
- Easily removed with water.
DIRECTION FOR USE
- Shake the bottle well and apply to plate surface with a damp sponge.
- Wash off the residue with a damp sponge and continue printing.
- PLATE NEAT GP can be used for washing away ink from the plates prior to storage procedure and during the routine plate cleaning operation.
- It is compatible for use with non-sensitized plates as well. Shake the bottle well before use, and then apply the solution with a sponge in the affected areas.
- For best results, use on damp plate.
STORAGE, CARE & PACKING INSTRUCTION
Storage & Care :- Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based cleaners.
Shelf-life :- 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Packing :- 5 & 25 Liters.
Precautions :- Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. Plate Kleaner GP should not be left on the image areas without buffing down for prolonged periods. Post wash-up with water ensures best results.
FOUNT SYSTEM NEATER
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- FOUNT SYSTEM NEATER is concentrate alkaline cleaner, designed for removal of organic growth, scale and deposits of dried inks and paper dust in fount circulation systems. FOUNT SYSTEM NEATER is recommended as a preventive maintenance product for periodic cleaning of the damping system.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Non-solvent alkaline solution.
- Effectively cleans dried ink and paper dust from the circulating damping systems.
- Removes bacteria, fungal growth and bad odor.
- De-congests the pipes and elbow joints from deposits of ink, paper lint, fluff and other build-up.
- Regular use prevents choking of the pipes.
DIRECTION FOR USE
- Dilute PLATE SYSTEM NEATER with clean water in the ratio 1:9.
- Fill the pre mixed solution sufficiently in the fount reservoir to allow free circulation.
- Adequate circulation is recommended for the solution to effectively clean and decongest the system.
